Penn-Harris-Madison welcomes non-resident students

The Penn-Harris-Madison Board of School Trustees has adopted a policy that allows non-resident students to apply to attend a P-H-M school for educational reasons. The non-resident student must be in good standing in his/her resident school corporation, and parents/ guardians must provide transportation to and from school. Parents/guardians agree to pay the transfer tuition in a timely manner as prescribed by the corporation.

Emergency closings and delays

When severe weather closes or delays school before the school day begins, local radio and television stations announce that information. You may also check the P-H-M web site at www.phmschools.org. Please do not call the school office for closing information. Parents and students are responsible for knowing about emergency closings and delays.

Study Island

Last year, Meadow's Edge purchased a building license for a web-based program called Study Island, which is accessible to students from school or home.  Study Island is a great resource for preparing our students for the state standardized tests.  Your child can go to www.studyisland.com, and use the same log in that they use at school.  Let's see how many blue ribbons the kids can earn from home!

Parent Resource Room

Principal Becky Bartlett, together with Title I staff and the PTO, is excited to announce that Meadow's Edge now has a designated Parent Room. The Parent Room will offer an array of resources for parents/guardians, as well as games and materials that parents can check out and use to work with their students.
